Return Policy

1. Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All product returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued by Vidatech Ltee prior to shipment.

  • Returns received without an approved RMA will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.

  • RMAs are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

  • Products must be returned freight prepaid unless otherwise authorized.

2. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Product was purchased directly from Vidatech Ltee.

  • Product is returned within one (1) year of the original purchase date.

  • Product is in complete and resalable condition, unless otherwise approved.

  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included.

The original order number must be referenced when requesting an RMA.

3. Restocking Fees

The following restocking fees apply to all approved non-warranty returns:

  • 15% of original invoice value for returns requested within 0–180 days from the purchase date.

  • 30% of original invoice value for returns requested between 180 days and 1 year from the purchase date.

Restocking fees will be deducted from the issued credit.

Returns requested after one (1) year from the purchase date are not eligible for credit.

4. Warranty Returns (No Restocking Fee)

No restocking fee will apply when:

  • The product is determined to be defective and covered under the applicable warranty.

  • The product was shipped incorrectly due to an error by Vidatech Ltee.

Warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification. Products found to be non-defective may be subject to the standard restocking fee.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-built or special-order products

  • Modified products

  • Discontinued products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or external causes

6. Inspection & Credit

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.

  • Credit will be issued after inspection confirms eligibility.

  • If a returned product is not in acceptable condition, additional fees may apply, or the return may be rejected.

Credits will be issued to the original purchasing account unless otherwise agreed in writing.
