The Thunder cabin units are an integrated audio and visual communication system that provides full ADA compliance within the elevator car. They also serve as a position indicator, offer voice annunciation, and include space for advertisements—all in a single, all-in-one solution.

The units comprise a display, camera, microphone, and speaker, all within a compact design. They also feature inputs for the emergency call button and yes/no buttons, allowing a trapped passenger to respond to text messages displayed on the screen.
